Family-owned and operated, 5,000 + acres of Juniper and Scrub Oak hills ranging from 6,400 to 7,500 feet. With alfalfa field valleys and sagebrush draws. We are situated 30 miles out of Meeker and squarely in the middle of game management units 11 and 211. We are in the direct path of the Northwest Colorado winter Elk migration route. It is home to Mule Deer, Antelope, Bear, and Mountain Lion as well.
